A deposit of 50% upfront cost is required upon agreeing to commission me

In the event that I am unable to complete a commission for any reason, this deposit will be fully refunded.

Before receiving your finalized commission, the remaining 50% of cost must be delivered.

If this payment is not received, your commission will be null and void; you will not receive your product, and it will be posted publicly as my own work.

No files (full resolution, unwatermarked) will be provided to you until payment is 100% provided in full.

The first process piece will be a rough sketch of your idea; you must provide feedback on whether or not to proceed with this sketch

You may request up to (x) revisions on your initial sketch (included in deposit cost).

Please ensure you are happy with your sketch before giving me the green light to continue to avoid prolonging your commission.

Additional revisions:

Small edits after approval: may incur a minor fee depending on complexity

Major changes (pose, concept, etc.) after approval: will require an additional charge or complete restart

Communication is extremely important throughout this process. Please tell me your true thoughts; this is your commission, and I want you to love your piece!

Half-way Checkpoint:

You will receive a heavily watermarked version of your commission for review.

While I understand the heavy watermarking might be a deterrent for some, in the age of AI, we artists must protect ourselves however we can.

Finalized Piece:

Before receiving your finalized commission, you must pay the remaining 50% of your commission fee.

Upon receiving payment, a HQ, unwatermarked version will be sent to you via email or DMs.

If you wish for any additional versions (I.E. transparent, no background, etc.) please inform me before I send your finalized commission so they may be packaged together.

Standard turnaround time: 1-2 months, depending on complexity and revisions

I can provide a rough estimate at the beginning of the project, but please be aware this date is very rough and can fluctuate.

Please note that the turnaround time does not officially begin until your 50% deposit is fully received.

Delays may occur due to:

Scope changes/revisions

Delayed client responses

Personal/emergency situations (I’ll communicate if this happens)

Rush orders:

May be available for an additional 25–100% fee, depending on how quickly the commission is needed.

After work has started:

Deposit is non-refundable unless I am unable to complete your commission for any reason. In the event this happens, I will fully refund your deposit.

Partial refunds may be considered based on how much work is completed.

After final artwork is delivered:

No refunds will be given after you receive your finalized commission.

Please ensure you communicate any required changes or grievances prior to receiving your finished piece. I’m more than happy to work through things with you until you love your commission!

Your commission will be provided to you via email or DMs in HQ and with no watermarks.

I retain full copyright of all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a personal use license, which includes:

Displaying the artwork

Using it as profile images or prints for yourself

You may NOT:

Resell your commission

Use your commission for commercial reasons (merchandise, streaming, etc.)

Mint your commission as an NFT

Modify your commission without express permission to do so

Use your commission to train AI

Commercial rights:

If you wish to obtain commercial rights to your commission, an additional 25% surcharge will be added to your commission price.

Commercial rights include:

The right to sell your commission as prints, stickers, buttons, other merchandise

The right to use your commission on streaming/video platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, etc.

IMPORTANT: Commercial rights ownership does NOT allow you to mint NFTs of your commission or use it to train AI models

I may share the artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.

If you’d like your commission to remain private, please tell me beforehand.

When posting your commission to your socials, please credit me as the artist.

Please provide clear references and descriptions upfront; I do not do designs without proper reference images

IMPORTANT: Do not provide AI generated images as references. If you provide AI generated images as references, I have full right to decline your request to commission me.

Communication is extremely important throughout this process; loss of contact after repeated attempts to reach out may delay your commission, or require me to decline finishing your piece.

I will communicate clearly and professionally, and I expect the same.

Harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation of your commission without refund.
